16 European Brands With Chic Animal-Print Handbags for Fall
After sharing recent edits dedicated to suede and croc-embossed handbags, there’s another detail I keep noticing across some of my favorite European brands for fall: animal print. From zebra and fawn-inspired finishes to timeless snake and leopard prints, there are so many beautiful interpretations appearing throughout the new season.
I personally love the idea of keeping the rest of the look relatively minimal and letting the handbag become the statement. Think a black dress and trench coat paired with a zebra-print clutch, or a cream knit and silk trousers finished with a fawn-print tote. It’s such an easy way to bring a little more personality into a minimalist wardrobe without needing to completely change the way you dress.
And that’s what I find so fun about these bags. Whether you gravitate toward something graphic like zebra, a softer fawn-inspired print, or the more timeless appeal of snake and leopard, animal print can bring just enough contrast and interest to even the simplest look.
So for this edit, I’ve rounded up 16 European Brands With Chic Animal-Print Handbags for Fall, including some of my personal favorites I’ve been spotting across the new collections! You’ll also find all of the handbags featured throughout the edit gathered together at the bottom, along with a few additional animal-print styles I’m currently loving.
1. ATP Atelier
ATP Atelier is a Swedish-Italian accessories brand founded by longtime friends Maj-La and Jonas. Born from summers spent together in southern Italy, the brand brings together Scandinavian design with traditional Italian craftsmanship. While ATP Atelier first became known for its shoes, it also has a beautiful collection of handbags, all handmade in Italy through small artisanal workshops.
For this edit, it’s the brand’s fawn-inspired print that immediately caught my attention. My personal favorite is the Eraclea Cannella Printed Cerbiatto/Leather Large Tote Bag. I love the combination of the warm brown leather, oversized silhouette, and spotted finish. It feels like such an easy way to make a neutral fall look a little more interesting.
ATP Atelier also carries the print across several different handbag silhouettes, from smaller top-handle bags to relaxed everyday styles. I especially love it paired with the brand’s clean shapes and rich brown leather.

2. Chylak
Chylak is a Polish handbag and accessories brand founded in Warsaw in 2014 by creative director Zofia Chylak. With a background in art history and design, Zofia creates pieces that balance form and function, using Italian leathers and hardware with each handbag crafted in Poland. Every piece is also hand-stamped with its own gold series number, a small detail that makes the collection feel especially considered.
I’ve always loved the originality of Chylak. The bags feel filled with personality, but somehow still incredibly timeless and chic. There’s usually something unexpected in the shape, finish, or proportion that makes each design feel distinctive without becoming difficult to wear.
For this edit, I especially love the Small Shell Bag in Brown Python and the Big Tote Bag in Brown Python. The rich brown print feels perfect for fall, especially paired with Chylak’s clean, structured silhouettes.

Each collection is designed in London and handcrafted in Europe using Italian leathers, with architecture, art, and interiors often influencing the brand’s approach to shape and detail.
For Fall-Winter 2026, DeMellier has introduced a new zebra print, and I love seeing such a graphic finish worked into the brand’s clean, understated silhouettes. My personal favorite is the Stockholm Shoulder in zebra. I love the elongated shape paired with the print, it feels polished and distinctive while still being incredibly easy to style.

I’ve already mentioned how much I love the T-Lock Clutch, and seeing it reimagined in both leopard and python-embossed makes me love it even more. The silhouette itself is so minimal and sculptural, which gives the print space to really stand out without taking away from what makes the bag so elegant.
This is exactly the kind of animal-print bag I would style with a very simple look and let it become the focal point. Think an all-black outfit, tailored trousers, a beautiful coat, or a knit and denim. The print brings in just enough personality while the shape keeps everything feeling polished.

The handbags are also instantly recognizable for their signature Music Bar hardware, inspired by a vintage music folio discovered by the founders.
For this edit, I’m especially loving Strathberry’s cow-print styles, particularly the Crescent Moon Mini. I already love the curved silhouette of this bag, and the brown-and-cream print gives it so much personality while still feeling incredibly polished.
I also love seeing the cow print interpreted across some of Strathberry’s more structured silhouettes, which gives the same print a completely different feel depending on the bag.

My personal favorite is the Sac Trésor in leopard. I love the shape, the soft structure, and the way the print instantly gives the bag a little more presence. The brand has so many beautiful options, and they also tend to sell out quickly. For this edit, I’m especially loving the zebra-print styles, which feel graphic and chic while still very easy to style.

A Few Ways I’d Style Animal Print
Keep it elegant and minimal: I personally love pairing an animal-print bag with black, cream, camel, chocolate brown, denim, or a classic trench and letting the bag become the focal point. Think a black dress, trench coat, and zebra-print clutch.
Play with texture: Animal print with silk or satin feels especially chic and gives the look a subtle ’90s feel. A leopard-print bag with silk trousers, a satin skirt, or a slip dress is such a beautiful combination.
Add a pop of color: A red knit, colored trench, or bright accessory paired with leopard or zebra can feel incredibly chic and very French. I especially love the idea of a red knit with denim and a leopard-print bag.
Mix patterns if you’re feeling bold: Stripes, checks, or another subtle print can work beautifully with animal print when the colors feel connected. A striped knit with a leopard bag, for example, can feel playful without losing that polished feel.
Let your personality lead: Animal print can feel understated or expressive depending on how you style it. Personally, I tend to gravitate toward the more minimal approach, but this is also such a fun place to experiment.
Shop the Handbags
Whether you’re looking for an animal-print handbag for fall or simply want to add a little je ne sais quoi to your wardrobe, you’ll find all of the handbags featured throughout this edit here and below, along with a few additional styles I’m currently loving:
And because there are far too many beautiful animal-print bags to stop at Europe, I’ve also rounded up a few additional styles from international brands that caught my eye for fall. From leopard and zebra to snake, cow, and spotted finishes, you can discover even more of my favorites here and below:
Final Thoughts
There’s something about an animal-print handbag that can completely change a fall look. Whether it’s zebra, leopard, snake, cow print, or a softer spotted finish, I love how these bags can add just enough personality while still working beautifully with the neutral pieces so many of us already have in our wardrobes.
What I especially loved while putting together this edit was seeing how differently each brand approaches animal print. From the sleek clutches at Liffner and Toteme to the more playful silhouettes from Yuzefi, Wandler, and Rouje, and the polished everyday styles from DeMellier, Strathberry, and Gianni Chiarini, there really is an option for every kind of wardrobe!
For me, that’s what makes animal print so fun. It can feel classic, playful, elegant, bold, or even a little nostalgic depending on how you wear it. I tend to gravitate toward the more minimal approach, but I love that there really are no rules with it. Sometimes the best pieces are the ones that bring a little more personality into the way you get dressed and simply make you excited to wear them!
